Lou Ferriman is a 4x World Champion obstacle course racer and founder of FitIQ in Cookham. Here is her story. Lou Ferriman did not come through a traditional elite sport pathway. She ran marathons. She did trail racing. She got bored. Her first obstacle course race was not a calculated move. She turned up, ran it, and someone who knew what they were looking at said: you seem to be quite good at this.
