FITIQ is a specialist obstacle course racing (OCR) and ninja training facility in Cookham, Berkshire, led by 4x World Champion Lou Ferriman. We run adult and junior strength and conditioning classes, OCR 100m and 400m sprint training, youth OCR development, and elite national and international athlete coaching from The Tunnel, our purpose-built indoor rig facility.
