Junior OCR & Ninja Classes

FITIQ juniors run as term-based coached programmes for children from age 6, covering ninja skills, obstacle course racing technique, strength and conditioning, and progression into the Junior Race Team. Classes take place at The Tunnel in Cookham, Berkshire.
