Obstacle Course Racing at FITIQ

Obstacle course racing (OCR) combines running with technical obstacles such as monkey bars, rigs, walls and carries. FITIQ trains the full spectrum of OCR disciplines including the OCR 100m and 400m sprint formats, classic course racing, and ninja-style skills, with athletes competing at British, European and World Championships.
