The Tunnel – FITIQ's OCR Training Space

The Tunnel is FITIQ's covered specialist obstacle course racing and functional training space in Cookham, Berkshire. It has obstacle rigs for grip, swing, balance and traverse work plus a strength area, and is used by adults, juniors and competitive OCR athletes. It can get very cold in winter.
